Voice Artists

If you want to book a Babble Voice but don’t know where to start, don’t panic! All you need to do is give us a call and say ‘I need a voice!’ and we can take it from there. We know our voices inside out and we’re happy to send them your way. They’re a lovely lot.

Do you need a male voice? Female? What kind of age are you looking for? Our voices range from teens to 60+, and we’ve got everything in between.

Do you need someone with an accent, or would you like to hear someone more neutral? We might not be able to cover off everywhere from Land’s End to John O’Groats, but you might be surprised at quite how much of the British Isles we do have. Has your client asked for someone posh? Not a problem, just tell us you’re looking for an RP voice and we’ll send them your way.

Need an International voice? Guess what - that’s OK too! Most of our international voices are based in the UK (we’ll tell you when they aren’t), and all of them are native speakers, so you can guarantee authenticity.

Do you know what qualities your voice should have? Likeable, dynamic, husky, smooth - your brief can be as simple or as detailed as it comes, we’re here to help you figure it out. If the voices we’ve sent you aren’t quite what you’re looking for or your brief changes, come back to us and we’ll send you some more.

Do you need something out of the ordinary? Over the years we’ve found artists that speak Klingon (really), who have yodelling skills that could put a Swiss goatherder to shame, whose whistle can charm the birds from the trees. It’s pretty difficult to faze us!

Outside of your vocal needs, we’ll ask you when you want to record and we’ll make sure our suggestions are available when you need them. We can suggest recording facilities if you don’t have anything lined up, and we can run through your costs with you right from the start so you don’t get any unwelcome surprises further down the line.
